Japanese language. First lessons.

Elementary course

These lessons are designed to introduce you to the basic structures of modern Japanese and to give you the opportunity to start communicating in Japanese. Needless to say, it takes a long time for a foreigner to become fluent in Japanese, and these 12 lessons are far too short to achieve this goal. However, they will allow you to see a new world and give you the pleasure of seeing how Japanese people communicate with each other.


Lesson 1. Getting to know each other.






Lesson 2. What time is it?

The program of this lesson is "Time", how to ask for the working hours of various establishments, numbers from 0 to 20, and numbers that are multiples of ten from 10 to 100.





Lesson 3. How much does it cost?

In this lesson you will learn phrases that will be useful when shopping. You will also gain basic knowledge of Japanese verbs, adjectives, demonstrative pronouns. You will learn the names of colors, numbers (hundreds, thousands, etc.), and Japanese money.





Lesson 4 Where is...?

In this lesson, you will learn how to ask about the location of living beings and inanimate objects, items, and in the "Help" section, you will also learn about the system of writing Japanese numerals.

In this lesson, you will learn everyday greetings, particles that indicate time, the names of the days of the week, and the negative "-masu" form of verbs. .



Lesson 6 I went to the park.

In this lesson, we study particles that indicate the direction and place of action, the past tense, and the negative past tense of the "-masu" form of verbs.



Lesson 7 Shall we play tennis?

In this lesson, we learn how to invite someone to do something and how to talk on the phone.
